How It Works
Our fulfilment process is seamless. Orders received on or before 7am will be delivered that same day. Orders received after 7am will be delivered the next day or delivered the same day with our express option which attracts extra charges. Delivery and Service Charges Apply Per Errand. Please check the FAQ for the Service Errand Procedure.
Placing Order
Fill the order form or send the order details to +2348035157700 via text or whatsapp. Order Details include Fullname, Telephone, Errand Type (Goods or Services), Errand Priority (Normal or Express), Errand Description, Delivery Address and Delivery Date.
Quotation/Order Confirmation
Receive a quote for your errand order from ErrandAssist and confirm your order.
Order Processing/Delivery
ErrandAssist processes your order and delivers at your doorstep between 12noon and 6pm. Office/Business deliveries are done between 12noon and 4pm.
Payment
Payment modes include: Cash Transfer (on or before delivery) and Bank Deposit (before delivery)

Is your service charge of NGN500 a flat rate for all goods errands?
Yes. The service charge applies to goods errands and it is per errand order. Everything stated in the errand order will be fulfilled at the rate of NGN500. Service errands attract custom charges.

What does your delivery cost look like?
Delivery cost depends on the weight of the goods and the delivery location. Once you place your order, the quote you receive from ErrandAssist will cover the cost of fulfilling your errands, the service charge and the delivery cost.

Are there specific locations that you deliver to?
Yes. Our delivery is within Abuja and suburbs for now.

What does your service errand look like?
- Fill the order form or send the order details to +2348035157700 via text or whatsapp. Order Details include Fullname, Telephone, Service Description, Service Location and Fulfillment Date;
- Receive a quote and reach an agreement with ErrandAssist on the cost implication of the service to be provided;
- Mobilize ErrandAssist with at least 50% of the total service cost;
- ErrandAssist deploys service provider to fulfill your order.
- On 50% completion, pay balance to ErrandAssist.
